Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, the Ordered Date of Catering must be informed to cancel before 3 days of delivery to our customer support either on WhatsApp/Call (50602276) or Email (info@brunchkw.com). To complete your refund, we require an Invoice/Receipt or proof of ordering.
At Brunch Catering, we strive to provide exceptional catering experiences for your special events. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we've outlined a clear refund policy to address any potential concerns.
Order Cancellation
- Full Refund: We offer a full refund if you cancel your order at least 15 business days before your event date. This allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and staffing.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 business days of your event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This helps us recoup some costs associated with planning and preparation for your event.
- Non-Refundable: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 1 business day of your event are non-refundable. By this point, significant planning and preparation have already occurred.
"Order Modification
- Dietary Restrictions: If you discover a dietary restriction cannot be accommodated after placing your order, we'll verify restriction with proper email to initiate further, but partial refund for the unavailable items and work diligently to find suitable alternatives.
Order Discrepancies
- Major Errors: In the unlikely event of a major error with your order (wrong items, incorrect quantities, exceeding agreed-upon delivery time by more than 480 minutes), we'll issue a full refund or provide a replacement order at no additional cost. - Minor Discrepancies: We strive for excellence, but minor discrepancies in presentation or portion sizes cannot be grounds for a full refund. However, if significantly dissatisfied, please contact us on 50602276 to discuss a possible resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
- Partially Consumed Items: Refunds will not be issued for partially consumed catering items.
- Taste Preferences: We understand taste is subjective, and refunds cannot be provided based on personal preferences.

- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (photos for incorrect items)
Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
